Welcome, Preview Day Attendees!
Congratulations to those admitted to USC Rossier School of Education in the Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs (PASA) and/or Master of Education in Educational Counseling (EC) program!
This website will allow admitted applicants to the PASA/EC programs to search for graduate assistantships on the USC campus and at partnering colleges and universities in the Los Angeles area. You must be admitted to the PASA/EC program to apply to graduate assistant positions listed here.
Though graduate assistantships are not mandatory, we encourage our students to hold a graduate assistantship during the course of their study to apply theory to practice and to prepare them for full-time positions within the field of higher education. Students of the PASA and EC program can pursue graduate assistantships both on the USC campus and partnering institutions. USC does not place students into these roles but rather supports you in your search for graduate assistantship opportunities by posting open graduate assistantship opportunities. Employers will coordinate with candidates for interviews during PASA/EC Interview Days (March 10-16, 2022).
Preview Day is only the first of many opportunities for you to secure a graduate assistantship. The Admission and Master's Programs Office will continue to receive graduate assistantship openings after Preview Day. We will post additional opportunities on a rolling basis in the online portal for those who are still searching.

The Application Process:
- Carefully review the instructions to apply for each graduate assistantship.
- Email all required documents directly to employer. Do not upload materials to this portal. (Please note: Each graduate assistantship may require different documentation including a cover letter, resume and more.)
- Apply to as many graduate assistantships as you would like. Tailoring your application materials to each position can make your application more attractive to prospective employers.
- Please note: The USC Residential Education graduate assistantships require applicants to apply directly through their job portal. Instructions for the separate application and the interview process for Residential Education positions are included in the posting.
- Deadline: Unless otherwise noted in the job description, apply by March 1, 2022 in order to be considered for USC Rossier Preview Day 2022. Final deadline for all applications is March 1, 2022.
