Position Overview
The G&IP Office will be hiring a Graduate Assistant for the upcoming Fall 2025 semester (approximately 10-20 hrs/wk). The Graduate Assistant will assist with a variety of tasks, including admissions file review, data processing, conducting research and drafting reports, and organizing and sending communications or mailings. Prior experience with international students and language skills are preferred but not required. Must be eligible for the U.S. Federal Work Study Program.
Primary Responsibilities

Admissions file review

Data processing

Conducting research and drafting reports

Organizing and sending communications or mailings

Other duties as assigned

Compensation

$18/Hour
Hours

10-20 hrs/wk
Start & End Date This position will be for the Fall 2025 semester, with the possibility to continue through the Spring 2026 semester, based on performance and budget approval. Start and end dates may vary depending on assistant’s availability.
