Job Title: JumpStart Program - Summer Resident Assistant 

Position Summary: USC Graduate School is seeking a Resident Assistant to support the summer residential experience for undergraduate students participating in the JumpStart program. This is a part-time position for the Summer 2025 term averaging about 10 hours per week over 10 weeks. The Resident Assistant will be a key point of contact for JumpStart Program residents, responding to student concerns, emergencies and supporting the safety and wellbeing of JumpStart students.

Compensation:

• $2,000 stipend at the conclusion of the program

• Single room on-campus housing at Webb Tower included for the duration of the

program
