The Success Guide program was developed to strengthen student guidance and expand mentoring across our student services. Working closely with senior counselors, Success Guides mentor and support both new and continuing students through one-on-one interactions and group workshops, in-person and online. This role provides a valuable foundation for a successful transition into a counseling career in education.
