Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing events and other programming for the MSSE graduate students
- Help with planning and executing program events in collaboration with MSSE program office and the student association.
- Researching vendors, event planning and prep, day of execution, clean up and any follow up if needed.
- Events could include admission/recruiting, career services, professional development, alumni and student events.
- Advising Support
- Assist with scheduling, forms, record keeping.
- Answer FAQ’s and monitor the program email.
- Admissions Related
- Help with PDP application processing and data entry.
- Information session scheduling.
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications / Skills:
- Interest in working with students, program management.
- Experience in using platforms- Microsoft Office, Canva.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and professional
- Understanding of various stakeholders, including prospective students, current students, alumni, etc.
Time Commitment: 15-20 hours per week. Can be extended to the following semesters.
Pay: $21 per hour
