Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing events and other programming for the MSSE graduate students
    • Help with planning and executing program events in collaboration with MSSE program office and the student association.
    • Researching vendors, event planning and prep, day of execution, clean up and any follow up if needed.
    • Events could include admission/recruiting, career services, professional development, alumni and student events.
  • Advising Support
    • Assist with scheduling, forms, record keeping.
    • Answer FAQ’s and monitor the program email.
  • Admissions Related
    • Help with PDP application processing and data entry.
    • Information session scheduling.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Interest in working with students, program management.
  • Experience in using platforms- Microsoft Office, Canva.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and professional
  • Understanding of various stakeholders, including prospective students, current students, alumni, etc.

Time Commitment: 15-20 hours per week. Can be extended to the following semesters.

Pay: $21 per hour
