TYPICAL DUTIES
This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties associated with the implementation of Transfer Center Guided Exit projects. Primary duties include creating and maintaining database of student information, following up with and serving as point of contact for cohort students; data entry, and completing summary reports.
This position is primarily on-site and in-person.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in the use of use of computers, the internet, Microsoft Office applications and Zoom.
- Exhibit a sensitivity and awareness of diversity & cultural issues, including race, ethnicity, social class, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, ability, immigration status, veteran status, etc.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Data entry experience and familiarity with database software
- Effective report writing skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent customer (student) service skills
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
This position maintains frequent contact with various college departments, personnel, faculty, students, and the public.
WORKING CONDITIONS
College office environment; subject to constant interruptions and frequent interaction with others; sitting for extended periods at a time (up to 2-4 hours); repetitive use of upper extremities including hand coordination activities. Some light lifting is required.
