Student Success Advocate - Language Arts (Part-Time)

 

Job Description:

  • Assist with front desk operations, including answering general inquiries, handling emails, scheduling appointments, and addressing student concerns.
  • Guide both new and returning students to campus resources.
  • Support the creation and revision of program handouts.
  • Prepare and organize documents for data entry and enter large volumes of data.
  • Respond to information requests, providing support to faculty, staff, administrators, and students.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Organize and manage materials, spreadsheets, and documents; scan, print, and file records as necessary.
  • Assist with project activities as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Schedule: 20 hrs per week, schedule to be determined.

 

Salary: $20/hour

 

Position Duration: ASAP until the end of Fall 2024, with potential for rehire in Spring 2025.
